Ranjeet Singh (13 November 1780 – 27 June 1839),[4] popularly known as Sher-e-Punjab or “Lion of Punjab”, was the first Maharaja of the Sikh Empire, which ruled the northwest Indian subcontinent in the early half of the 19th century.
Shivaji Maharaj strategically mastered various survival and combat techniques, adapting them to the realities of the world. To expand his empire, he engaged in battles, overcoming adversaries near his realm. Each day witnessed the Maratha Empire growing stronger, fueled by his power and bravery.
Ashoka ruled over the vast and diverse Mauryan empire through a centralized policy of dharma that favoured peace and tolerance and that administered public works and social welfare. He patronized the spread of Buddhism and art throughout the empire.
Maharana Pratap Singh was a famous Rajput warrior and the king of Mewar in Rajasthan, in northwestern India. He is regarded as one of the greatest Rajput warriors, having resisted Mughal emperor Akbar’s attempts to conquer his domain.
